He has delivered over 25,000 hours of training on various topics including but not limited to technical, leadership, soft skills, customer service, behavioral training, etc. with successful outcomes. He also works with learning and coaching professionals to measure the impact & ROI of their programs.
In his corporate stint, Hormazd has worked with various multinational companies and has successfully led global Learning & Development teams.
